I'm trying to use a picture that I transferred from my computer to my Samsung for someone's caller ID. But when I try to open the picture on the phone, it says it's unsupported? Anyone know how I can fix this? Or make it work?
The picture is 90K (about 200+ less than the pictures that come on the phone), and it is a jpg file (same as the pictures on the phone). I first transferred the picture through bluetooth and then tried it using a microSD card. Both came up with the "Unsupported" notice. If anyone knows what the heck is going on, please help! Thanks!
what i'm trying to do doesn't involve plans. i'm simply trying to use a picture that a transferred from my computer to my phone as an ID picture, so i can see the picture when that person is calling me...
the file is jpg and it's not big at all. the pictures that are already preprogrammed on the phone are 3 times as big.
