I have a Samsung YPS3, mp4 player and have downloaded and installed the softwere to download music, videos, and pictures. I have created an account for it, and I come to the step were it says 'Connect device, and then I connected it, and clicked on production registration again, and it still says 'Please connect device. I was like -- what the freaking hell? So I checked to see if it was plugged in and it is. I'm not sure what to do. Please help. Thankss
