I just got new phone love it. Went out last night and tuck some pics and vid's. I wont to take them of the phone and put them on my Macbook . But the phone says that it cant connect to the computer. They phone is paired with the computer, and I can send things to the phone .
When looking at the connection on the bluetooth the phone only connects for 3 seconds then disconnects its self. How do I fix this problem ?
