Samsung moment cell phone trouble?

I own a srint moment phone with the sprint full data plan. Since the phone was new [ 8 months ago ) I have had to remove the battery to perform a " soft reset " when it starts acting weird at least 2 times a day, now even with resets the phone is almost impoosiblt to use for internet access. Is there something such as adaware for cell phones?
