Samsung messager touch messed up widget

i have the messager touch and the digital clock widget that was on my home screen is messed up. instead of being on the first home screen its halfway between the second and third screen. i cannot tap it to move it or delete it or anything. when i try to add it to homescreen again it says its already added to home screen. if you know how to fix it or have any ideas please tell me. i bought this phone on the cricket website with no insurance

Not sure if this would help, or if it has been tried but have you tried to master reset it, or reset all settings?

how do i do a master reset? i reset the settings in the security menu

found out some things. turns out it was corrupted data. idk if it happend when it updated or what. but as long as your in the year warranty just take it to a cricket store n show them they will give you a new one...at a $20 fee tho

I had the same thing happen on my phone. After reading the above posts and reset it. That did not work. I, through trial and error, figured out that if you delete all of the short cuts, including the digital clock, then put them all back *starting with the digital clock*, it rights itself. It seems that I pushed all kinRAB of stuff while it was in my pocket. The first and third tabs seem to function the same way. The first tab fills up and then stuff starts getting saved on the third tab. The second tab seems to stay the same with that little tutorial.
