sounds like a dodgy panel, (i've had 3, 2 from samsung!! and 1 HannsG which i'm sending back today!)
email the company you bought it from, or take it back to there store.
if you bought it online, you should email them with the issue, and maybe then youwill be able to set up a RMA, they will give you a code, you write it on the shipping label, and read there returns policy on how to package it back.
