Samsung intensity II????!!!?

i got the samunge intensity II... 2 months ago....it went through the wqash 4 10mins and i pulled it apart dried it off and put it in rice... the little red tag this (if it is normaly red) is white.....and i want to know how much a replacment is or any other tricks to dry it out... HELP
