Samsung Intensity: Cannot get photos from phone?

What the hell? No software was given with the phone. I plug it into the pc, "found new hardware" blah blah. Goes through the Wizard, asks for software (don't have), does a search and basically says I'm screwed. I don't have a memory card, but that shouldn't matter, it's storing my pics on the phone. When I open the phone folder on the pc, nothing is there. Any suggestions?? Thanks
