samsung intensity caller ID help?

I have a samsung intensity with Telus, and I've had for a while now. But I've never been able to get caller ID which frustrated me. I want to know who calls me during the day but I can't since I can't see >.<
Can anyone please help me. I want to know how to get caller ID asap. Please and Thank you
