Samsung instinct hd help?

Hi i recently got a Samsung instinct Hd and Im having a few issues. First i cant seem to be able to save pictures from the internet. And i cant seem to get sprint tv working. it just shows an error and says "Apllication error. we regret this inconvenience. Any ideas?? Thank you
