Samsung instinct cricket wap cant recognize my account. Please help

I have a samsung instinct flashed to cricket with working internet, got the internet to work the first day i got it and now it hasnt let me connect to any other site but the cricket portal. gives an error msg saying that i do not have access to the site. I read the thread about going to the cricket portal-email-gmail and done that but it says i have to have an account, and call customer service. I have the 50 dollar plan and have always have web access. Please help
 
ive been noticing the same problem on instincts ive been doing. whats going on. it worked before now it gives the error like when theres no internet on the account. and its happened on a few already.

oh and i didnt notice that this thread is in the wrong section, i was using the search. maybe if someone can have it moved from the pda section.
