Are there any big problems with this phone I should know about? My mom got me the Samsung Impression recently and I haven't even had it a week yet and it's already froze on me, refused to send text messages to the point I had to restart it, and won't get good reception in places where it should.
Should I look into getting a new phone and, if so, which would you recommend? It has to be a texting phone. I also want a pull-out keyboard. Preferable touch screen but, doesn't have to be. Thank you! ^^
