Ok so ive had my samsung impression for like 14 months, got it replaced a week after i got it since the speaker didn't work out of the box. Then around month 13 or 14 the screen did not work when i pulled out the keyboard (went black) and touchscreen started working less and less. Now the screen is black in both keyboard slid out and keyboard not in modes. And the buttons used to light up and now they are not lighting up at all when i try to turn on the phone, showing the phone isnt even turning on. There is no water damage and i never drop it. Im really pissed and have no idea what to do in order to fix it. So as of now it will not doing anything when i try to turn it on. I even tried hitting little reset button below battery. Do i need a new flex cable or what? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
