samsung impression touchscreen problems... of course?

hey everybody ive had the samsung impression for about 2 months now, its a unlocked phone and i like it EXCEPT some of the touchscreen doesnt work! parts of the screen respond when i touch them others dont, this has happend last week and i just left it alone and i fixed itself, i tried that again and nothings happening! ugh! why does this phone suck? haha sorry... just frustrated :/
