Samsung Impression text message notifications!!?!?!?!?

ok so i got the samsung impression like..yesterday and i cant figure out how to change the text message alert tone...its not in setting or anything! i cant find it! and when its on HIGH sound its like a rele annoying ringtoney sound but when its on SILENT it makes a reelee loud vibration! i neeeedd helppp!
