I had a Samsung Impression, it kept freezing up so I sent it back and they gave me a new one. I got the new one, and every single time I try to go to my pictures or try to take a picture it freezes up and then shuts off. I got this phone last week! It hasn't been dropped or gotten wet or anything.. Could it be the sim card? What do I DO? Thanks for taking your time to help me through this problem.
