Samsung Impression help? I cant do capital letters?

When I go on the internet for my phone, or do IM, i press the shift key and it allows me to make one capitol letter. If i press it again, it wont make anymore capitols. How do i fix this?

Also, in the web browser on my phone, where is the enter thingy i push so I can go to the website I typed in?
