I have a question regarding how the headset works. My phone and the accessories that came along with it are all brand new. I was trying out the radio when I discovered that there’s something wrong with the headset. It only works whenever I press the “silver button in the rectangle usb-like thingy that is attached to the wire of the headset” and when I let go of it the headset stops working too. It’s so frustrating because I have to hold down the button while listening to the music. What’s wrong with it? What should i do to change it?
