I recently just bought a i7500, Android powered phone. I told the guy selling me this phone that I wanted a phone like the I phone but don't want the hefty charges that go along with. Basically I was looking for a phone that included wi-fi.
All said and done I now own a samsung phone and know very little about it. Its an i7500 android phone. I waived the data plan that is usually included with this phone so I'm only paying for phone services. ( Bell $35.00 p/m ) This costed me almost two hundred dollars ( To waive data, so I'm paying $35.00p/m to own this phone on a three year contract)
My questions are:
What is Andrioid? ( I believe its the operating system on this phone)
Can I install a diffferent operating system?
I have the Android market on my phone, but all the apps suck compared to i phone
Any other info would be great...thx
