Samsung i607, my caller cannot hear me.?

My correspondent cannot hear me speaking, but I can hear my caller perfect. I got the phone on ebay to finish my contract with att. I've had the phone for over six months and it was working great, until now. Is there a code or button I might have hit by mistake? Please help don't want to buy a new one,
