my samsung code wont turn on unless i plug in the charger while its off..likk i wudd turn it off on full battery den i press the power on buttonand nothing..i hold the button and nothing..but when i plug the charger it turns o and goes to charge then if i press the power button den it turns on like normal..but the charger has to be plugged on the phone...then once its on i can unplug it.. i tried resetting the phone by going to phone reset on the phone and nothing changes..wa shud i do?
