I bought the Samsung Ht BD1250 blu ray a week ago and used it once and it worked perfectly. Now, one week later i was trying to watch the Simpsons, a movie i'd just bought today and the screen didn't take me to the menu,it just stayed blue and grey and looks blurry. On the device screen it says LOAD, but i can still eject the disc and turn on and off. I never installed firmware, heck i didn't even connect a cable into it!!please help me i'm desperate
