my tv turns off and on repeatedly over and over and nothing I do to it will turn it off or turn it on. So I opened it up and tried to trouble shoot it and I came to the control board FRCM. As long as that board is not connected to any of the other boards then the tv works except it has no picture. I wanted to know if that is the real case because I'm still a rookie in trouble shooting and don't want to end up buying that peace just to find out it wasn't the FRCM that was causing the problems. any one have any idea.
