I am having an issue with my mobile phone. It seems that files within the phone have corrupted. This is what happens
If somebody sends me a message, the message tone does not play and the phone turns off, then turns on again, and it does this several times.
When I try to play the sound file through the My Files/Sound Files folder, the sound doesn't play and the phone shuts off and turns on again.
Even the sounds that have come with the phone seem to be corrupted-I cannot play any sound files or music without the phone turning off and turning on like this.
This is making it very difficult to receive messages, and I cannot even change the message tone because the phone will just turn off and turn on repeatedly whenever it tries to play anything.
I am not sure if this would affect incoming calls, but I think it might.
Is there any way that I can reset the phone, or at the very least fix this problem? I would appreciate any help that can be given. Thank you
