samsung gravity touch picture messaging problem?

Have tried constantly for weeks now to send pics to gf's at&t phone from my t-mobile phone but she never receives them however her phone receives messages from others and my phone can send pictures to others without a problem. Also, i receive pictures she ends me and when i send one to her phone, my phone tells m?e it sent it but she never receives it. Does anyone know what the problem could be
