PROS:
*User interface, nice menu, easy to use
*Sound quality
*Not bad for a 2.0 megapixel phone camera
*Very comfortable keyboard
*Love the slider, switches from vertical to horizontal.
*Good price
CONS:
*The keyboard is very sensitive, so I often accidentally press a letter twice
*T-Mobile doesn't have the best service
*Kinda thick, a little heavy for a cell phone
*No decent web browsing
