so ive had my phone for a little over a year, and recently it would turn off in the middle of things even when fully charged.i got a new battery,as suggested,and it was fine for about a month.now it is turning off more often and taking the battery out and replacing it no longer helps.
is my phone hopeless....?or should i try something else?
