samsung glyde update

I got my samsung glyde in september.
ONE day later I realized the "my music" didnt work. it came up with an error that it was not supported. so i spent a 30 minutes online with a "customer service rep" then another hour on the phone. they said it must be the device. so i took it the next day to a store. they spent 2 hours on the phone. it was just a bad phone. so they gave me a new one ... no packaging.
month and a half later it started acting up. the touch screen would not activate when i chose an option...it just chose whatever it wanted. it would hang up on people or mute them. put them to VM when i tried to answer. Reject texts when i tried to accept. so on and so on.

i called verizon and told them. they said to mail in the phone with ORIGINAL packaging. and they would send me a new one. well. i didnt have the packaging for THIS phone. i had it for the other one. so they said there was nothing they could do.

so i just gave up and NOW its December..same phone. WORSE problems. it deletes contacts names, still hangs up on its own. then today i'm on the phone..and it mutes the call and i cant take off the mute...then it called someone when i was on the phone. CRAZY.

i bought a new phone from another company today...i have to stay with verizon. but they will be getting a visit today :) :flamemad:
 
did u kno u can just go to the store and they will exchange it if it has problems.
they're letting me get a new phone when it messes up again WHICH IT DID
so im gonna go tomorrow.
suggestions welcomed
