samsung g 600 fell into water?

i dropped my samsung g 600 into water and i immediately removed all it components and put in in towel and i dried it. then i sucked all the water it it with my mouth throgh speakers cabin. then i replaced them all and it did not get swiched on.only the on nad off buttens were glowing.then it removed them once again, dreied it replaced and put it to charge for 1/2 an hour. the next day it got swiched on. but onlt the on and off buttons , 1 ,2 , 4 ,7 buttonsare working. pls help me
