Samsung Technical Support confirmed for me today that the software that came with my Samsung RH350 (Freeform) phone is not compatible with Windows 7, but the Windows 7 version of the software isn't compatible with my phone. Connecting in Vista compatibility mode also doesn't work. I just purchased the phone on July 28, 2010.
I can supposedly still transfer images and music if I buy a micro-SD card (it currently won't connect to my PC without one), but I would still like to be able to sync calendar appointments, contacts, etc. with my computer. Is there any independent software out there that is compatible with both a Samsung Freeform and Windows 7?
