My samsung freeform II speaker is not working except for one thing which is when i press the buttons thats the only sound i can hear,I can't hear the ringtone or nothing like that, I tryed resetting the phone and the same thing happens so whats wrong cause my volume is max and everything dealing with the volume is max is there any solution for this problem out there,
