samsung focus...blackberry torch?

i have a few questions concerning these two phones:

can you put custom ringtones on either?
can you put signatures on either (for texts)?
does the torch freeze a lot?

i dont like the hardware of the focus
i dont like the ui of the torch
so im going into more detailed matters for a tie-breaker
