Samsung Flight won't connect to PC?

When I connect my Samsung Flight to my PC with my USB charger, my PC won't recognize that the phone is even connected, yet my phone still charges. I have Samsung New PC Studio installed on my PC, I have my connectivity on my phone set to PC Studio, yet nothing will happen. Any suggestions?
