Samsung Fascinate vs. Droid 2?

My phone contract is ending soon and I am debating between getting the Samsung Fascinate or the Droid 2. I hear that both are great and I think that they both would be good phones. Which one is best in terms of features and which is better in working (less lagging, better quality calling and screen, etc.). The main thing with me is that I text alot and so I need a phone that will be good for texting. I know the Droid 2 has the keyboard and that is one of the main things that is swaying me towards it. Is texting on the Fascinate good or is it laggy and difficult. I have the Eris right now and texting is horrible. Any help will be great. Thanks
