Samsung F490 giving problem it says No Service

hey folks, i was wondering if any had the same problem as me or worked with Samsung F490 which was saying No Service. So Far i have tried to recycle the power by removing the battery and i have also tried Master Reset. Still have no Luck. Just got this phone in April 2008. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
 
A lot of samsungs like this, its beginning to be an epidemic with no fix.
