Does flashing the samsung f480 change its imei?

If not, how can i change the imei without a box?

because, the phone does not make or receive calls.
and this is supposedto be a sulotion.
 
do you mean its been barred by the network? If its not been stolen in the first place can you not phone them an ask the netwrok to unbar it?
 
i bought it off ebay.
and nowi cant get in touch with the seller.
what a supprise.
