...Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1? Okay so I have a Samsung epic,, The screen is completely black it turns on but not the screen after it turns on you can still unlock the screen and here the noise,, volume rocker works keypad and everything but the screen,, I tried resets and everything the screen just does not work,, someone help!!!
 
Unfortunately, it's probably fried. If you just got it recently, or have insurance, hopefully you can replace it for free. If not, you will probably have to buy a new one. I would recommend going to a dealer and having them look at it. They will tell you what is wrong, most likely for free. I know verizon has helped me out a lot with my stupid phone.
