My Epic 4g's charger port falls out super easily and if it isn't exactly right it won't charge, this gets really annoying when it doesn't charge all night and then I have a dead phne in the morning. Has anyone else had this problem? Can I trade in my phone for a new one? (I have full insurance on the phone too). Also, can I get a different phone from my insurance without the 2 year contract charge? Thank you for your time, the best answer will get 5 stars.
