My hubby bought me a Samsung Home Theatre for my birthday, and it's brilliant! I have some movies on my laptop so I bought a USB memory stick. The movies play fine, however I can't fastforward or rewind the movie (A white hand in like a STOP hand movement shows when I press the buttons, and Im pressing the right buttons because I checked in the manual)
Also, if I pause a movie, after a few minutes it goes to the menu screen which shows what movies are on the stick, this is a pian as you then have to start watching the movie from the beginning as you can't fast forward it to where you are.
I'm putting the movies on the stick in DivX format so I can fit moe movies at a time on there. Would it work better if I converted to DVD and watched just one movie at a time? (It's a 4Gb stick)
Sorry if this is confusing, but Im hoping someone has had the same problem and knows how to fix it.
I'm currently watching the first 40 mins of Paranormal Activity again as I paused it to answer the phone and it went to the menu and I cant fast forward AAAARGH!!!!
