alright, i got a delve that's carrier is alltel. id like to know if it can be used or switched to different carriers like boost, t-mobile, verizon, etc.? is there a way i can get free something on the phone, i dont got service and id like to get wifi (internet), emails, sms on it with no charges. hope someone can help with this! if you can plz tell me step by step so i can atleast use this for sms and or emails! oh yeah since i dont have service is there anyother way to get apps on the phone, i like whats on it but its not enough.... i like cool apps!
