Samsung Comback! From TMOBILE?

Hi there. My mom might be getting me my first phone(from all my beggin and pleading) and I am only 12 so I am not good on phones. My Mom says that we MIGHT go to the family plan thing. The phone I want is like 90$ an my sister might come on that plan too. So. Do we hav to both get unlimited texting each? And do I have to pay 90 bucks like every month for it????? Please help.And this is on the T-Mobile. I need help figureing out the cheepst stuff.
 
well. family plan with tmobile for 3 phones is like 100 a month with taxes and unlimited texting. not too bad. and on letstalk.com or wirefly.com or walmart.com you can get pretty much any tmobile phone for free.
