Samsung Code [Metro PCS] or Palm Pre [Sprint]?

My parents aren't big fans of contracts for cell phones services, but if there's a slim chance I can convince them to get one, I want to know which new cell phone should I get. The Samsung Code from Metro PCS or the Palm Pixi from Sprint? I know Metro PCS don't have contracts but the Sprint does. Should I just stick the Code or try to convince my parents to get me a Pixi. Please give reasons to your answer. Thanks in advance. :)
 
if you really want a palm pre and not the samsung code you can buy a palm pre from best buy which has no 2 year contract and metro pcs will unlock it for you and you can use it with metro pcs which i think is the best network since the unlimited plan is cheap hope this helps btw i dont know if it will work with the pre but i know a friend who has it with the pro
