ok i have a dell optiplex and when i try to put a pc dvd game in my cd rom it wont read so i try to manually boot it up and all it says is please insert a disc into drive so i do but it just stays up there as if i didnt put a disc in at all.Remind you i have a samsung cd rom sc-148c but if i need a dvd driver than how come it didnt come with it when i first bought my pc.
