My husbands woke up and saw that his phone wouldn't work. It won't go past the start up screen and just keeps looping on it over and over. I took it to the MetroPCS store with my husband and they said there's nothing they can do about it, that the software must have crashed. They said we need to pay for a new phone. Does anyone know how to fix this so I don't have to pay for a new phone ? I got insurance on the phone when we got it in October but they still want us to pay for a new phone.
