samsung blueearth vs motorola flipout (vs lg neon? samsung solstice II?)

I want a reaonably low SAR phone. Got one that i thought would be a temp cheap solution until i did more research to find a more expensive one, but that was a disaster (it's a samsung a197 that makes my hand feel odd after each use despite its low SAR rating). am tempted by the look of the flipout, but wonder if its screen is too small for texting plus i read that the speakerphone is not that great - the speakerphone and texting are the two main uses. (the window for texting onthe a197 is too small-it's a little over one inch even thought the whole display is 2 inches). I like that the flipout is relatively lightweight - i won't go over about 4.5 ounces absolute max -and that it has wifi. and as i mentioned i like thw ay it looks- i like small things. Also considered blueearth - lowest sar of any i'm considering. is that phone any good for my uses? it's expensive. was tempted by the soltice ii, but then saw it has no wifi. that seems a waste -although its not my primary use, i'm always in places with free wifi and i tend not to have a data plan, so if i'm going to get a smart phone, one with wifi makes sense it seems. but i like the low weight- 3.5 ounces or something like that, it it gets pretty good reviews. Passing glance at lg neon, but i've never been drawn by lg products and is that one still on the market or was it pulled? and i don't think i looked up the SAR for the one that's currently available. Comments? (my carrier is ATT and for a while now i've been using prepaid, which works find and saves me bucks). i've prettymuch always used samsungs. tried pantech and hated it. samsungs getpretty hot to the touch though tolerable. Remember i won't go over 4.5 ounces -even that feels heavy - which rules out a whole bunch and I guess for SAR head, no more than maybe .85 or so...so the ones i mentioned were the ones left after doing some research.
