I need to reset my phone because its not working right, i've had to do a master reset before but i don't remember the code and i keep getting disconnected from the customer care line. so if anyone can help on how to reset my phone...that'd be great!! i've done the hold volume key and power button and that didn't do anything but turn my screen lime green! so please help me out
