SAMSUNG BEHOLD II not charging?!!?

i have the samsung behold II and its not charging! i know its not the charger cause i bought a new one and ITS STILL NOT CHARGING!!! the phone says its charging then turns off by itself after 2 SECONDS (then doesnt charge)!! ;( im not sure if the charging port is broken or anything, could it be the battery? or the charging port is brken?!! ;( PLS HELP!!!
