Samsung Alias 2 (SCH-U750) VCast Music, or My Music Folder itself brings up

"NOT SUPPORTED" Message? I have a Samsung Alias 2, and I have music in .mp3 format on a 1GB Micro SD Card in the proper directory to be found by the phone. The problem is, every time I go to the "My Music" folder on the phone, it simply brings up a screen that says "NOT SUPPORTED". It doesn't even let me view the songs that are on the card, so it's not a file format discrepancy. I was actually able to see the files via the file viewer, but I cannot play them from the viewer. I transferred one over to the phone's internal memory as well, yet still, when I select "My Music", it brings up the same "NOT SUPPORTED" screen. The same happens when I click "VCast Music/Rhapsody". It won't even let me get into the menu/folder any further. This doesn't make sense. I know this phone can play music, as it even has media controls on the outside. The phone is brand new, and nothing else seems to be wrong with it. Does anyone have any insight to my problem?
