Samsung Alias 2... Good for texting and pictures?

Im a texter, and I love taking pictures. I NEVER talk on the phone, last month I only used 14 minutes of my 400, so I really just want to know if It is good for texting.

I also LOVE taking pictures... is it a good camera?
