The tv powers up fine but then the screen only flashes colors like a strobe light. what needs to be fixed/replaced? None of the capacitors are blown and i haven't found any answers online
my friend and i inspected the capacitors especially the large ones and none of them seemed bad/blown. so when you say panel, is that like the main logic board?
